By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Use License

Governing Law
You are responsible to ensure that you comply to your country’s law, regulation and legislation on employment. This includes your responsibility to ensure that you are of legal employment age in your respective country to apply for a job. Any claim relating to Job Majestic’s website shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.   1. You are obligated to pay for the services provided by Job Majestic, regardless of your processing of the applicants. This commitment ensures your payment encompasses the resources, time, and efforts dedicated to making applicant applications powered by the AI engine available to you upon your agreement to unlock the applications.
  2. All payments are considered final and refunds are not possible due to the nature of the services.
  3. In the event that Job Majestic terminates or withdraws the operation of any service, Job Majestic may (but is not obliged to) refund any fees paid by you to Job Majestic on a prorated basis for the remaining and unexpired portion of the term for such specific and relevant Service.
  4. If your Account is terminated at any time by Job Majestic for breach of the Agreement, or if you cancel any payable Service, you shall not be entitled to any refund of any fees that have been paid to Job Majestic and shall be liable to pay Job Majestic the unpaid balance of the full amount of the agreed fees for the Service.
  5. Any refund of payment made to www.employer.jobmajestic.com shall be at the sole discretion of Job Majestic.
Postpaid Payment
  1. Unless otherwise stated in an Insertion Order Agreement, or any other agreement with us, all amounts owing to us must be paid within 15 days of the date of an invoice.
  2. You are obliged to pay for the services that we agree to provide you regardless of whether you utilise or fully utilise the products or services. If you do not provide us with the necessary materials or information for us to deliver the products or services to you, you are still liable to us for full payment.
  3. If you do not pay your invoice on time, we may disable your account and we are not obliged to supply further products or services. If you dispute any charges, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.
  4. You agree that (in compliance with any applicable Privacy Laws, Credit Laws, and other Applicable Laws) we may obtain from either a credit reporting agency/bureau or other credit providers credit information about you (including personal credit information) and/or your directors or a consumer credit report about you to collect overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by you.
  5. You agree that we may disclose information to a credit reporting agency or interested persons as reasonably necessary and only to the extent allowable under applicable Privacy Laws, Credit Laws and other Applicable Laws. You will confirm your consent to such disclosure in writing if we require it.
Real-time Payment
  1. You are obligated to pay for the services provided by Job Majestic, regardless of your processing of the applicants. This commitment ensures your payment encompasses the resources, time, and efforts dedicated to making applicant applications powered by the AI engine available to you upon your agreement to unlock the applications.
  2. All payments are considered final, and refunds are not possible due to the nature of the services.
  3. Your unlocked applications will be activated upon successful payment processing.
  4. Payments are processed in the currency specified on our platform.
  5. Job Majestic reserves the right to modify payment terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our platform or via email.
Job Advertisement Posting
  1. Any job advertisement posted on or via Job Majestic must comply with below guidelines:
    1. Must not advertise more than one (1) job position in each posting;
    2. Must be in the English language, with other languages optional;
    3. Must not demonstrate preference towards a particular gender, age group, or race;
    4. Must not contain any profanity or suggestion of any obscenities;
    5. Must not advertise services including training and selling;
    6. Must not advertise any illegal jobs;
    7. Must not spam the same job advertisements on abusive manner;
    8. Must not insert links to an external website within the details of a job advertisement (including from the apply functions);
    9. Must not include the email address and contact number within the details of a job advertisement;
    If any job advertisement fails to comply with the guidelines, Job Majestic will suspend the job advertisement immediately. No refund is given by Job Majestic in the event of non-compliance.
  2. Job advertisements posted will remain published online for thirty (30) days, except for guaranteed applications that don't meet the target (Minimum 5 applications from Top Relevancy Applicants or Minimum 3 applicants from Top Relevancy Applicants along with 12 applications from Mid to Low Relevancy Applicants), which extends the job advertisement expiry period up to 60 days.
  3. Job Majestic reserves the right to re-classify advertisements posted.
  4. Job Majestic reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, violate our terms and conditions or pose a risk to the integrity of our service.

i. Abnormal Scoring Detection & Red Flag Report:
Our system (TRAIN) scrutinizes consistency and flags potential red flags, leading to the suspension of candidate accounts.
ii. Warning and Account Suspension/Blacklisting:
Job Majestic will maintain a zero-tolerance policy for resume fraud. Our sophisticated system detects potential misrepresentation, and in the rare event of such activity, Job Majestic will issue a stern warning to the candidate. They risk being blacklisted by employers, and their account may be suspended on the platform.
iii. Employer Feedback:
Job Majestic collaborates closely with employers, conducting thorough investigations before taking any necessary actions, including suspending candidate accounts. This ensures a trustworthy job application process.

To uphold the integrity of the job application process, we have implemented disclaimers that alert candidates to the importance of maintaining accurate and truthful information in their resumes. This ensures Employer.JobMajestic.com candidates are fully informed about our expectations and the consequences of falsifying application materials
